The second season finale of Main Street Media TV’s “What’s Cool in School” features host Stefanie Miller visiting Smyrna Elementary, Thurman Francis Arts Academy and Christiana Middle School to see opportunities available to students interested in STEM, STEAM and the arts.

Here’s what you’ll learn at each school:

Smyrna Elementary: How the engineering design process touches every academic area, including physical education

Thurman Francis Arts Academy: See musicians, dancers and visual artists in action and how STEM fits in the mix

Christiana Middle: Benefits of project-based learning in STEM and STEAM, with gardening, water quality and pop-up storefronts serving as examples of topics

A huge shout-out to Main Street Media TV for another year of partnership. Thank you to our incredible principals, teachers and students for opening their doors and showcasing the vibrant programs thriving across our district — a true celebration of our mission to invest in every student, every day.
